Carolyn Maze (Managing Director)
Carolyn has over 13 years experience in the digital media and broadcasting industry in the UK and Canada. In 1994 Carolyn joined CHUM television in Canada as Sales and Marketing Manager. In 1998 she joined BSKYB where she managed the distribution of a portfolio of TV channels worldwide. In 2000 Carolyn joined Static 2358 Ltd, where she was instrumental in setting up a distribution network for PlayJam, the worlds first interactive games channel. In 2004 she joined Optimistic Entertainment as Commercial Director and in 2006 Carolyn was appointed Managing Director of Optimistic Media. Carolyn is Fluorescent Media's Managing Director.

Romy Kraus (Head Of Talent and Brands)
Romy has over 10 years experience in international marketing and business development for major brands and media companies. She led marketing and sales for Pixelpark's international practice group Convergence Solutions and worked on early iTV, IPTV and mobile projects. In 2002, Romy joined Sony Europe, initially in Berlin and then as Head Of Entertainment Marketing for Sony Network Services in London, where Romy supervised the development and production of branded content for campaigns including BRAVIA's 'Colour like.no.other', VAIO, WALKMAN® as well as major Sony music and film releases. Romy manages Fluorescent Media's creative talent pool and drives relationships with content partners, brands and advertisers.

Mike Lolato (Head of Global Sales and Distribution)
Mike has 15 years of experience in the television sales and distribution industry. After working with Canada’Äôs largest Pay TV and Pay Per View company, Astral Networks, he moved to CHUM Television. While at CHUM, Mike was the Sales Manager and part of the launch team that was responsible for securing national distribution for six television networks. In the International division of CHUM he was the Director of Program Sales and was responsible for selling a large catalogue of programs and formats to over one hundred countries worldwide.<br>Mike heads up Fluorescent Media’Äôs international sales and distribution activities. Based in Toronto, Canada Mike also runs the company's North American office

Marie Claire Walton (Head Of Production)
Marie Claire Walton has 10 years experience in development and production supplying to global broadcasters including Discovery, E! and the BBC. After working at Thames Television, she spent four years at Ardent Productions as number two to the Head of Production overseeing the Factual Department and working as Associate Producer on their commissions including Discovery's Legends series, securing interviews with Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton and Keith Richard. She then launched a new indie MEM TV (MEM plc) where, as Head Of Production and Development, she developed and exec produced the BBC 2 entertainment series Petrolheads.
Marie Claire manages the development and production of Fluorescent Media’Äôs multiplatform programming.

Kevin Lingley (Head Of Technology)
Kevin has more than 10 years experience in the media sector. His early career was with Acorn Computers working on IPTV platforms design. He then moved to NTL where he managed their multi platform interactive games channel. After NTL, Kevin moved to work extensively in the US on WAP and J2ME games for mobile phones. In 2003, Kevin joined Sony GoInteractTV where he was engaged in both business development and mobile application development services. He then moved to SysMedia, spending his time developing interactive channels with global broadcasters, MSOs and governments. Kevin is responsible for the continuous development of Fluorescent Media’Äôs PHOENIX’Ñ¢ Technology Platform and manages relationships with third party technology providers.

Simon Henry (Financial Controller)
Simon has seven years financial experience in the media industry. In 2000 he joined Static 2358 Ltd as a Management Accountant and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2003. After OpenTV's acquisition of Static he supported both PlayJam and OpenTV's core business in EMEA with a joint turn over of £25m. Simon joined Optimistic Media in 2006 as a Senior Production Accountant, supporting productions on MTV and GSN as well as Optimistic's corporate finance team in the holding PLC. Simon is Fluorescent Media's Financial Controller.
