Our growth strategy is driven by a belief that consumer behaviour will transform over the next several years as cultural, environmental and social changes influence the way in which people consume media, interact with technology and communicate. Our top strategic priority is to focus on our core business to retain and further expand our strong position in digital interactive and entertainment brand and format exploitation. Looking forward the Group aims to exploit four areas of opportunity: brand innovation, expansion in North America, digital media and new markets.

Brand Innovation:
We continue to place brand innovation at the core of our business to maintain and increase our competitive lead. The company is now focused on developing its creative team and on developing the next generation of mainstream participation formats. Secondly, we are focused on moving up the production value chain by developing a wide range of general entertainment and comedy formats. To achieve this we are increasing our investments in our creative teams and partnerships.

Expansion in North America:
We entered the United States via a production agreement between Optimistic Media Ltd and the Game Show Network, owned by Liberty Media and Sony in January 2006. Since then we have developed relationships with a number of US television networks and are now focused on supplying our formats and brands to television networks in the USA and Canada.

Digital Media:
We believe that digital media platforms represent additional opportunities to exploit our formats and brands. Our strategy is focused on three areas: ëSocial Networkingí media that bridges the gap between online and broadcast communities allowing us to create and promote compelling new brands and formats at low cost, ëBrand Extensionsí using new digital media platforms, such as mobile and broadband as distribution outlets for our new and existing brands and formats and thirdly ëTechnology Innovationí a continued focus on bringing to market cutting edge technologies that assist us in providing a first class customer experience, such as Phoenix, our proprietary industrial strength business management platform for participation media.

New Markets:
We intend to use a partnership approach to enter new geographical markets. This will enable us to move quickly whilst reducing set up costs and providing local people on the ground.
